When I say HEALTHY CLEANSE…I mean it’s a cleanse where you eat a ton of veggies and you are NEVER hungry.
This 7 Day HEALTHY CLEANSE (some call it a RESET or a FRUIT & VEGGIE Challenge) is like NO other….
- You eat a ton of food
- You’re never hungry
Here is what you don’t eat:
- No nuts, seeds, or nut butters
- No dairy or non dairy nut milk & cheeses
- No dried fruits
- No grains
- No protein (if you are active and continue an exercise routine, add 1 serving of Shaklee life shake, or farm fresh eggs, or 3 ounces of organic chicken breasts
- No processed foods or sugar
- no alcohol or caffeine
In summary you are avoiding all inflammatory foods for 7 days…giving your GUT a REST.
What you do:
- Eat lots of veggies and some fruit
- Drink lots of water
- Take your AM and PM supplements which hep facilitate your cleanse.

OUR RESULTS:
My husband lost 7 pounds but more importantly, he lost 2 1/2 inches around his waist. He felt amazing and praised my creativity of preparing his veggie loaded meals.
I lost a few pounds too but hope to put them back over the next couple weeks.
Every time I participate in this cleanse I wonder why I get anxious about starting it. It’s truly not bad if you focus on what you CAN have and not what you can’t for 7 days. Jesus fasted 40 days….NO Food for 40 days. So going without nut butter for just 7 days…or whatever it is you are worried about missing…it will be waiting for you on day 8. I promise you won’t crave whatever it is if you don’t let yourself get hungry.

ROASTED VEGGIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS:
- Pick your favorite veggies
- seasonings of choice
- olive oil
- greens
- salsa
- guacamole or avocado
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut up your veggies
- Drizzle with olive oil or avocado oil
- Season
- Roast at 350 for about 45 minutes depending on your veggies and how you like them
- Throw them on a bed of greens dressed lightly with lemon juice
- Top with salsa (no sugar) and my famous guacamole.
